• Assist in designing wedding ceremony & reception, and any other wedding related events
• Out of town guest accommodations and coordination
• Create a personalized wedding checklist
• Work with couple to create a timeline for the day to be distributed to vendors
• Assist in planning of honeymoon
• Wedding party coordination & communication
• Coordinate wedding rehearsal and dinner and any other wedding related events
• Attend both ceremony rehearsal and wedding
• Overseeing the set-up and design of ceremony decor & reception decor, including centerpieces, pew bows, arches, etc. . .
